Our return policy is effective for 30 days since receiving your product. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To submit return/refund request, email with your order #, First and Last Name, reason for return and method of refund.

Return requests for orders received and delivered after 30 days will be politely declined. We hope you understand.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories included. Please note if not all items are returned or in original condition, amount will be deducted from the total amount of refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed right away and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a few days. Processing time for refunds are completed within 3-7 business days however there could be delays depending on your bank. Please note that any original shipping cost paid is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping cost which is deducted as 15% from original payment. 

Items received that are defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item free of charge. We also provide full refunds in instances of defective or damaged goods. We may require proof of defective goods via photo/videos.
