Q: How are you able to provide such big discounts on your products?
A: We work directly with R&D, Manufacturing, and Shipping companies and do not need to pay a lump sum to middle men. Also, we focus on the product itself and not marketing (where companies put the extra cost on consumers).
Q: I have questions on how to operate the device where can I get that information?
A: Some devices are targeted for professional use and may not come with detail instructions on how and when to use. If you have any questions, email us at Admin@H-Labbeauty.com and one of our Beauty Consultants will be able to assist you.
Q: Where are your products made and where does it ship from?
A: Our products are desgined in New York City, main warehouse located in Lansdale, Pennsylvania where most of our products will ship from, Most of our parts are made in Korea and are assembled in China.
Q: I ordered the wrong product/ Need to change address
A: We are able to except changes if notifed to us via email at Admin@H-Labbeauty.com within 30 minutes of placing an order. Unfortunately after 30 minutes we are already processing your order and cannot be changed.
Q: I want to start a return, what is the return process?
A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are able to accept your return within 30 days of receiving your order. For more details, please go to our Return Policy page.
Q: Has the led device been tested for effectiveness? Are the wavelengths accurate?
A: Yes, we conduct a third party independent study for the specific wavelengths and other criterias to ensure the device performs at its maximum capacity and is safe for consumers to use.
